This periodontitis is caused when plaque is build-up and also there is slow deterioration of gums and bones. This periodontitis can even leads to loss of teeth if not treated properly.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Aggressive periodontitis: This type of periodontitis usually starts beginning in childhood or may be in early adulthood. It can affect the whole family and cause rapid deterioration of gums and bones if not treated properly and the patient might even lose their teeth.<\/p>\n
